Welcome to Been There, Burned That!  This is a place to share my adventures in the culinary world (both good and bad…actually, the bad is probably more helpful) and in the fitness world (gotta burn off those calories from taste testing, right?)  I try to do things like those fabulous chefs on tv, but I really, really like my slow cooker and gadgets that keep my fingers intact.  Fitness-wise, I have a bit of a short attention span, so you may see some weird, but fun, approaches to staying strong and flexible.
